Replacement of oil seals and installation should pay attention to
Replace oil seal:

1. When removing the oil seal, be sure to replace it with a new one

2. When removing the oil seal, do not damage the inner surface of the bore.

3. When replacing the new oil seal, leave approximately 2 mm of the joint in the cavity. When the lip of the new oil seal contacts the shaft, the contact of the old oil seal is removed.

Seal installation method:

1. Apply a thin coat of lubricant or mineral oil to the shaft surface and chamfer. When inserting or inserting the shaft into the oil seal, to prevent the lip part of the tilt.

2. Carefully insert the shaft into the oil seal, keeping the oil seal concentric with the shaft center.

3. When inserting the shaft into the weight of the heavy chamber or inserting the long axis into the mechanically assembled cavity when installing the oil seal, force the lip end in a portion of the lip portion so that the shaft and cavity are assembled After assembly oil seal.
